The locations of the Higman family store and Norma and Nick's barbecue restaurant are actually family stores
Kansas City Chiefs fan Alana Higman and her family are competing to win the team's Fan of the Year award, in a process judged by director of fan engagement Derrick. Enjoy happy endings with this year's lineup of romantic holiday films to watch from the comfort of your home. The film was shot in the historic Independence Square in Independence, Missouri, which is actually like this all year round.
I wish I could stop there, but I have to explain
The square even has Christmas lights like the ones in the movie... Well... I'm a Chiefs fan; I'm a Hunter King and Tyler Hines fan, but I'm sorry, but this was a bust.
They really overdid it
If you're not a Chiefs fan, I don't know how you get to the end of a movie like this. I didn't find the chemistry between Hines and King very strong. The writing was average and the overall plot was a little weird.
was pretty good as the grumpy old man
I liked the supporting cast, and Ed Begley Jr. I thought the whole family got drunk on egg punch in a Hallmark movie was interesting. I wish I had better things to say, but I don't.
